Welcome to Argentum and Coins, the on-line coin shop of John Stephenson.

I specialise in British milled coinage from 1662 to the present day, although I do offer the odd hammered coin and a small amount of Foreign coins, being mainly proofs or high grade items.

All coins are offered on approval and returns/exchanges are accepted without question.

Any item listed in my shop is available on layaway terms, subject to a 10% deposit and I am also willing to take coins in part exchange subject to my stock requirements.

I purchase collections or individual coins, again subject to my requirements and can also offer a valuation service for insurance or probate.

I also work with the auction company PF&K in Penrith and can offer consignment advice on single items or entire collections. Our next auction wll be 16th August 2012 (entries close 11th July).
